North County Décor Boutique Stays True to Roots and Flourishes
This week Cali Bamboo sends a shout out to a local favorite.
Grounded furniture in Encinitas has been serving North
County and all of San Diego for over a decade. We caught up
with Juli Risner, Grounded’s owner and curator
extraordinaire. Julie runs the 4,000+ sqft retail space and
has a keen eye for design personally selecting many of the
pieces available on shopgrounded.com
and in-store. Juli’s husband Richard is a landscape
architect and together they form a design/décor dynamic duo
serving a variety of clients’ redesigned or remodeled
abodes both inside and out.
On our most recent visit to Grounded, we borrowed a few
pieces for our Cali Vinyl flooring
photoshoot. Thank you to Juli and Grounded for everything,
we’ve already got our eye on a few other pieces for
our next shoot!

Eames Molded Plywood Lounge Chair
