Their customer service is bar none. When I was deciding on the type and color of flooring I wanted for our home they went above and beyond to provide all of the necessary information for me to make the best decision. They were very thorough in the ordering process, making sure all of the needed materials and transition pieces were considered. The flooring showed up in perfect condition and the product was exactly what I expected. As a DIYer, I work with a lot of different materials and installation processes. The ease of installing our Legends flooring surprised both my husband and myself. I am the more handy one in our family and my husband and I installed these floors with zero issues. CALI provided the most detailed instructions but the process was very simple. This was my first flooring install and the Legends line set the bar high. The floors have been installed for a couple of months now, and they look like they did on day one. We have two young kids, a very large dog, and our home is in a constant state of construction.
